HACR Corporate INCLusion Index™
The HACR Corporate Inclusion Index™ (CII) is a corporate accountability survey that assesses companies’ Hispanic inclusion efforts and outcomes. Since 2009, HACR has collected data for the CII on the status of Hispanics in Corporate America with a focus on Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance. The survey results allow companies to identify opportunities for growth in their Hispanic DE&I practices and the HACR team is happy to work with participants to adjust their inclusion strategy based on the results.
HACR is pleased to announce the commencement of its annual Corporate Inclusion Index™ (CII) survey for 2024. The report will be released in October 2024.

how are companies rated?
Ratings are based on two focus areas for each of the four pillars:
- A practice assessment that evaluates the infrastructure a company has in place for Hispanic diversity and inclusion. These are yes/no and multiple-choice questions. A maximum of four stars is possible. Stars are awarded based on a percentage achieved out of 25 total items per pillar.
- An outcomes assessment that gauges how companies track progress on Hispanic diversity and inclusion. These questions are generally quantitative in nature. One star is awarded based on a company’s ability to meet the threshold for at least three out of five quantitative elements per pillar.
