The application process for 2026 closed on October 31, and candidate reviews are underway. Please email further questions to yvargas@hacr.org. The nomination process for the 2027 cohort will begin in July of 2026. 

WHO ATTENDS?

Each year, this program accepts nominees from Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies aged 25 to 40. HACR YHCA candidates are selected based on their demonstrated leadership qualities and capabilities at their respective corporations. They must also be active participants in community service.

Candidates are role models for other rising Fortune 500 executives and lead the way in establishing a new standard of excellence in Corporate America. To date, over 1,645 candidates have been nominated, with more than 700 selected as finalists. Many alumni have made their mark as executives in various industries.
