WHAT IS THE HACR Young high-potential corporate achievers
(HACR YHCA) PROGRAM?
Since 2007, the HACR Young High-Potential Corporate Achievers (YHCA) Program has recognized and developed emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional potential to shape the future of business. Designed for ambitious, high-performing professionals, YHCA equips participants with the leadership capabilities, strategic mindset, and executive presence needed to accelerate their careers and lead with impact.
Selected participants will join an exclusive 12-week hybrid leadership accelerator that combines live virtual learning with an immersive in-person capstone experience. Led by accomplished executives, industry experts, and thought leaders, the curriculum explores today’s most relevant leadership topics, including executive presence, strategic communication, emotional intelligence, career strategy, innovation, artificial intelligence, influence, and community leadership.
The program culminates with a two-day leadership experience at the 2027 HACR EDGE (Empowered Direction for Growth and Excellence) in Dallas, Texas. During this experience, participants will apply their learning through collaborative activities, expand their professional network, and engage directly with senior executives and industry leaders from HACR’s corporate member companies. Graduates leave the program with a stronger leadership brand, expanded executive network, actionable career strategies, and the confidence to lead through change, influence across organizations, and make a meaningful impact in their companies and communities. Participants will be recognized during the YHCA Graduation and Awards Ceremony at the conclusion of the program.
THE 2027 NOMINATION PROCESS IS NOW OPEN!
The nomination process begins with the nominator completing the 2027 HACR YHCA Nomination Form. Once a nomination has been submitted, the nominee will receive a separate email from HACR with a link to complete their individual application.
Please note that both the nomination form and the nominee application must be completed for a candidate to be considered for the 2027 HACR YHCA Class. Individuals may not nominate themselves.
The nomination window for the 2027 HACR YHCA Class is open from July 2026 through October 30, 2026.

WHO ATTENDS?
Each year, this program accepts nominees from Fortune 500 and/or HACR Corporate Member companies. HACR YHCA candidates are selected based on their demonstrated leadership qualities and capabilities at their respective corporations. They must also be active participants in community service.
Candidates are role models for other rising Fortune 500 executives and lead the way in establishing a new standard of excellence in Corporate America. To date, over 1,645 candidates have been nominated, with more than 700 selected as finalists. Many alumni have gone on to become executives and influential leaders across a wide range of industries, driving innovation, shaping corporate strategy, and creating meaningful impact within their organizations and communities.
