Today, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) released the fall issue of its Corporate Observer newsletter. This issue features a message from HACR President and CEO, Cid Wilson; the latest news from our Corporate and Coalition Members; and a list of our upcoming events.
Additionally, the next installment of the HACR Leadership Interview Series features Ana Arguello, Senior Director, International Business Collaboration for Walmart.
Also in this issue, you will find an update on the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion™ pledge. After launching in July 2017, 310 CEOs have joined the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. By signing on to this commitment, CEOs are pledging to take action to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected, where employees feel encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion.
Finally, this quarter, IKEA joined HACR as our newest Corporate Member to advocate for Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America.
We hope you enjoy this issue of the Corporate Observer and we are looking forward to seeing you at the third annual HACR Leadership Pipeline Program taking place October 27-29, at the JW Marriott in Chicago.
