Today, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) is proud to announce that Mark Fields, President and CEO of Ford Motor Company, will be the Host Sponsor of the 11th Annual HACR CEO Roundtable. The event, which will take place on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, during the Annual HACR Symposium at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit, will also include the participation of Keith Allman, President & CEO of Masco Corp. and Ralph W. Babb Jr., CEO of Comerica, Inc.
“It is a great honor to have Mark Fields, Keith Allman, and Ralph Babb Jr. at the 11th Annual HACR CEO Roundtable,” said Cid Wilson, HACR President & CEO. “The HACR CEO Roundtable presents an immense opportunity for these executive leaders to discuss some of the challenges facing Hispanic advancement, particularly in today’s changing marketplace, and how they seek to incorporate diversity and inclusion in their companies to ensure they reach and meet the needs of the growing U.S. Hispanic employee and consumer base.”
The HACR CEO Roundtable was created in 2006 to provide CEOs from Fortune 500 companies with a platform to discuss best practices related to inclusive employment, retention strategies, increasing Hispanic consumer market outreach, and diversity in the corporate boardroom.
Emmy award-winning journalist and anchor for Telemundo, Norma Garcia, will once again moderate the discussion and engage the CEOs in a candid conversation. The discussion will center on each of the participant’s respective companies’ Hispanic inclusion strategies and the role diversity plays at the different levels of their organizations. They will share personal anecdotes and the benefits of making a business case for Hispanic inclusion.
